At Jamie Gosling Football Academy, we believe in grading our players primarily by ability. As a result, players may be moved between age groups based on their ability and progress.
Our expert coaches monitor every player in our Academy individually and grade them on certain aspects of their play while also asking for feedback from them.
This will be looked at and possibly updated every term, depending on progress and performance.
Players will be marked on the following topics:
- First Touch
- Passing
- Dribbling
- Skills
- Pace
- Tackling
- Shooting
- Decision-Making
- Creativity/Flair
- Dedication
- Mentality.
Coaches and parent meetings also take place, to keep the parents up to date on their child’s development and to answer any questions or queries you might have, while report cards are also available upon request.
